How we will acomplish our Vision
Development Roadmap
Plataform Launch
As a self-funded crypto start-up, we aim to rapidly validate if Redefine is of interest for crypto users, they are the core of the product and they will be key on funding major developments through $RDEFI token (check Why we need $RDEFI?for more details on this).
A clear take on this is that $RDEFI token holders are the main stakeholders of Redefine, and they will be rewarded for their key contribution on the first instances of the project going live.
With the platform launch, we will include as an MVP version, some team-curated vaults like (Simple Stablecoin, more on that soon) and other vaults from interested Asset Managers as a first, less risky step towards unrestricted strategy creation.
Growth
Once the platform is fully live and the first users have interacted with and tested the protocol, we will gradually start opening different kinds of DeFi strategies. We don't have a clear linear focus as we will hear which ones the community wants prioritised, but some that we clearly have in the mid-term roadmap are Lending-Looping, all kinds of LP-related opportunities, Delta Neutral strategies, stablecoin staking vaults, airdrop farming...
Another big milestone for us would be creating vaults that can actively perform different kinds of strategies ultimately converting their creators into Asset Managers but that will surely come next.
The final step of this process would be the multi-chain expansion, but that won't be the common multi-chain protocol experience, we aim to let users profit from the yield of any chain without having to manually bridge their funds in any way, we will expand this idea when the time comes.
Ecosystem Expansion
After refining our product and testing it with crypto users we will go on expanding it outside our bubble, user experience is the focus of this phase;
A Mobile App will be the main onboarding mechanism, we aim to offer the common neo-bank/broker experience but focused on investment/savings, with the main goal to offer the best available option in this matter.
By this time, we would also expect to attract all major DeFi players to the platform, partnering with them with the objective of becoming the access to all yielding opportunities in DeFi in one place this will be key to the next expansion, integrating into the Financial System.
Alternatively, we still want to focus on product development, if not already by this time, we would like to have integrated DeFi IA performed strategies (DeFAI) but won't be the main goal we pursue.
Global Domination
The other main expansion route, key in our end goal, will be Institutional integrations, offering our strategies to already established apps, brokers, banks, aggregators... would be the key to effectivly integrate DeFi on the Financial System, users will be generating yield with DeFi products without even noticing, as if they held a T-bond or an ETF.
In this phase, it would be necessary to make a huge effort in compliance and adopt all regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction. This, not even clear to this day, will mark how we will expand and at what speed but with recent developments, we can't be more bullish and hopeful of what's to come.
Vision Roadmap
We can sum up how we will reach our end goal in 3 steps;
Unifying all that DeFi has to offer - attract Retail
Once our model is proven and working we will have the leverage to integrate all major participants (Biggest Asset Managers, CEX's, major Retail DApps...). If we have the yield, users will come themselves but as mentioned this is not our end goal we look beyond the crypto world.
This stage includes launching our own Mobile APP with clear on-off ramp integrations and special focus on user experience.
