Fee Tiers

What fees will actualy apply to strategies?

For obvious sustainability and development expenditure, Redefine charges a service fee on every strategy & vault launched on the platform, but to maintain the protocol revenue aligned with users, we simply charge them as performance fees on the yield generated, aka the protocol is free to use, we only charge when you win money because of it. The general guidelines to follow on fee tiers are;

0.5-1.5%	High TVL & Institutional grade products
1.5-3%	Actively managed Vaults & low APY Strategies (stablecoins...)
3-5%	Mid range APY & high risk vaults
5-7.5%	High APY & AI Automated Strategies (Low TVL)

The fee applied to a vault or strategy could ultimately change; a revision of the fee structure will take place once the platform is fully live.

Fees could be lowered from staking $RDEFI, both from a user perspective and a strategy/vault creator, more on this to be disclosed on a coming platform update.
